Free Lot Evaluation
This is the foundation of your construction project and the first step in delivering a home built specifically to your needs and within your budget.
Consulting with NJ Builders during your land search can help you avoid more difficult lots and save you money by helping you better understand the cost to turn land into a build-able lot. If you already own a lot, we will evaluate your lot free of charge and offer our opinion on house placement, views, utilities, potential issues, etc. We are experienced in building on steep hillside lots, lots with poor soil conditions, and lots considered difficult to build on.
Our team will collaborate to bring your vision to life. During the design phase, we work with you and our designer to establish an understanding of what you wish for in a home and how we can help make it work with your budget. Every home we build is custom and suited to each individual piece of land. At the end of the design phase you will have a complete set of plans ready for submittal to your homeowners association and municipality for approval and permits. We are also happy to work with a designer/architect of your choosing.
One thing that sets NJ Builders apart from other builders is our interior design service. Included in the cost of your custom home you will have an interior designer to assist you will all of the details that go in to making your house everything you dreamed it would be. After careful planning, kitchen & bath designs will be generated ensuring both functional and beautiful spaces. Our Interior Designer will guide you through the selections process; accompanying you to meetings with our suppliers to shop for all your finishes & fixtures while staying within your budget.
Enjoy the excitement as your home is quickly and skillfully constructed. Once the plans are complete we will take care of all the required submittals for you. We are familiar with many of the local subdivision requirements and will handle the entire approval process for both HOA Architectural Review and City/County permit plan review. Throughout the construction phase, you will be updated consistently via progress updates and onsite milestone meetings.
